Hair-colour ingredients are regulated differently from country to country. Check what your market allows for products such as indigo leaf before you place the order, or ask us for the documents your regulator needs.

Can I mix different products in one order?
Yes. Each product needs at least 1 kg, and its price tier is set by the quantity of that product.
When is the test report free?
When you order 5 kg or more of a product, its batch test report is included. It covers heavy metals (lead, arsenic, cadmium, mercury), ethylene oxide (EtO and 2-chloroethanol) and microbiology (total aerobic count, yeast and mould, E. coli, Salmonella). Below 5 kg you can still add one for a small charge per product.
Can you blend these to my formula?
Yes, as a private label order. Design your label and tell us the blend in the request.
How is freight worked out?
We quote it by hand for your address, from the packed weight, within 12 hours of your request. Nothing is charged until you accept the quote.
