Shipping and freight
We ship from India, worldwide and across India. Freight is a separate amount from the product price, so you see exactly what you are paying for.
How freight is charged
- Regular orders
- Quoted by hand for your address within 12 hours of your request, as its own line on the proforma, before you pay.
- Bulk orders
- From 100 kg of a product, mixed container loads and orders to a port. Freight is quoted separately, on your proforma invoice.
- Dangerous goods
- Oils with a flash point of 60 °C or lower are quote only, so they travel by an approved carrier.
Delivery options for bulk orders
- Delivered to my door (DAP)
- We arrange freight to your address. You clear customs and pay import duty.
- To my port (CIF)
- We ship to your destination port with insurance. Your agent takes it from there.
- Free on board India (FOB)
- We deliver to the Indian port. Your forwarder books the freight.
- Not sure, advise me
- We suggest the cheapest sensible option for the weight.
Customs and import
- Import duty and taxes in your country are paid by you, on arrival.
- Checkout asks for your company, tax ID and the intended use of the goods. Customs needs these on the commercial invoice.
- If the importer is a different company, add it as the consignee at checkout.
- You confirm at checkout that the products can be imported into your country for the use you state.
